All sales are final

We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will review your case and, if approved, send a replacement at no charge.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases of damaged or incorrect items as described above. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or buyer's remorse.

Order cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us on WhatsApp. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
