Where we ship

We currently ship to Canada and the United States only. We do not offer international shipping to any other countries at this time.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a tracking number by WhatsApp once your order has been shipped.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Gulemaha Couture is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or customs clearance. During peak seasons, processing and delivery may take longer than usual.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via WhatsApp. If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Lost or stolen packages

Gulemaha Couture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout.
